Delete your account and data
You can permanently delete your NALYVEN account from inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also start a deletion request from this page.
Inside the app
Open NALYVEN and use Menu → Permanently delete account. After confirmation, the account deletion process begins.
If you cannot access the app
Email [email protected] ↗ from the email address used for your account with the subject NALYVEN Account Deletion Request. We will never ask you to send your password or one-time code by email.
What is deleted?
Deletion covers the NALYVEN user account, profile information and personal data associated with the account, including messaging/media data in the deletion process. Limited records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or protection of legal rights.
Google Play subscriptions
If you have an active Google Play subscription, deleting the NALYVEN account may not automatically cancel the store subscription. If needed, cancel it separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
