NALYVEN is an 18+ social connection app. We apply zero tolerance to child sexual abuse and exploitation and to content or conduct that endangers children.
18+ access
NALYVEN is only for adults who are at least 18 years old. Attempting to bypass age requirements, providing a false date of birth or helping a child access the app is prohibited.
CSAE and CSAM are strictly prohibited
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking of children, sexual communication involving a minor, or any content or conduct that sexually endangers a child is prohibited.
Other safety rules
Harassment, threats, non-consensual sexual content, stalking, hate, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized disclosure of private information and promotion of illegal activity are prohibited. Users must respect consent and personal boundaries.
In-app reporting and blocking
NALYVEN provides in-app tools to report concerning or harmful conduct and to block users. Reports may be reviewed for safety and moderation. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
CSAM and legal obligations
When CSAM is identified or reported, access to content or accounts may be restricted, content may be removed as appropriate, and reports may be made to competent authorities where required by applicable law. Relevant records may be preserved for the legally required period when necessary for a safety investigation.
